Sales Markets: Türkiye, MENA Product:
Paper lids for paper cups, in perspective – paper cups. Job Description:
1. Active search for new potential customers
a. Identification of companies which can be potential customers
b. Getting contact and getting into communication with potential customers
c. Identification of customers needs and demands
d. Negotiations with the customers
e. Preparation and sending commercial proposals
f. Agreeing of the prices and terms of the deal
2. Work with leads received from web site of by phone calls
3. Making deals with new and current customers
a. Fixing deal terms with the customer
b. Registering the deal in CRM
c. Control of receiving the upfront payments for order
d. Putting the order in the list of orders for fulfilment
4. Managing customers’ orders
a. Control of timely shipment of the order
b. Preparation of the documents for the customer
5. Arranging the shipment of the order to customer
6. Work with customers’ claims
