Doğuş Hospitality Group operates in D-Hotels and Resorts, Travel Management / MICE (ANTUR), Food & Beverage (d.ream) and Retail industries.

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focusedPurchasing Manager who pride themselves on her/his ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Purchasing Manager in D – Maris Bay Hotel reporting to D Maris Bay Financial Controller & CFO of D-Hotelier, he/she will be responsible for developing, leading& executing procurement strategies for our Hotel.

D Maris Bay is looking for “Purchasing Manager” with the following criteria's;

• Finding most valuable & effective vendors for our hotel, conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality and maintaining positive relationships with these suppliers
• Keeping tracks of all the goods purchased according to company policies
• Developing & training the team she or he leads,
• Processing payments and invoices
• Forecasting demand for certain products and makes orders accordingly
• Communicating with department heads and managing their demands according to company policy
• At least five years of purchasing management in hotel business
• Excellent command of English
• At least Bachelor Degree in related fields
• Experience in inventory & stock management
• Experience in purchasing especially in F&B of Luxury Hotel or Restaurants
• Having good negotiating skills, result oriented point of view and high ethical standards
• Must be good at analytical thinking & time management
• Especially having experience in ERP Systems
• Advanced level in Excel
