QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

D-Resort Ayvalık offers you newly designed up to international luxury standard with Bed&Breakfast concept. Resort provides to its guests an elegant and luxurious concept with its 90 comfortable rooms, as well as one villa.


D Resort Ayvalik is looking for anenthusiastic, proactive and energetic  Manager of Food and Beverage with the following criterias;


  • University degree from reputable university prefably in Business Administration, Hotel or Toursim Management.

  • Professional communication skills both verbal and written in English.
  • Advanced knowledge in Micros, Opera & MS Office Program.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creative and innovate.
  • Strong leadership skills, commercial mind-set and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • At least ten or more years of the hotel management or toursim sector experience with at least 5 years in managerial position.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Direct and organize the Food & Beverage operation within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage service,
  • Manage and delegate the operation of all food and beverage outlets and sub-departments, i.e. room service etc.
  • Responsible for guest satisfaction in relation to the food and beverage service,
  • Responsible for the preparation of F&B budget and forecast, determination of purchase requirements, menus, job descriptions, etc.,
  • Manage and develop personnel in the food and beverage department.

Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
Class B
