Damen Shipyard Group is globally operating company in shipbuilding. The company has more than 6.000 employees working at 35 companies worldwide. 

“Finance Specialist” is required for our shipyard located in Antalya Free Zone Turkey.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree,
• Preferably Fluent in English,
  
• Preferably CPA trained/licensed,
• Min 3 years of experience in a project driven production business or audit firm / CPA office serving to production companies
  
• Strong understanding of Projects/Production/WIP/cost-control and accounting,
• High knowledge of MS Office tools and preferably LOGO,
• Proactive, flexible attitude, good communicator,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Living in or prepared to move to Antalya area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive and verify incoming bills, log into accounting system ensuring proper job costing accounting,
• Review ledgers, statements and balance sheets for accuracy,
• Maintain accounts by recording, identifying and verifying financial transactions,
• Assist CFO with Budgeting and Forecasting,
• Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to Management,
• Perform or assist with financial compliance and procedural audits,
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), industry practices and regulatory guidelines,
• The position reports directly to the CFO.
