Process and Maintenance Executive (Pozantı)

As Process Process and Maintenance Executive you'll manage a maintenance team at Pozantı Plant. In the context of the job, position holder reports to Plant Manager of Pozantı Plant.

In this role you will / will be:

• Prepare and implement annual maintenance plans
• Manage and develop occupational safety activities
• Manage production activities in order to ensure that the machines are operated in occupational health and safety standards and to raise the occupational health and safety standards of the working environment
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity
• Monitor production efficiency and continuity by using all resources (equipment, personnel, etc.) effectively and to take part in continuous improvement projects
• Support the realization of activities for autonomous and planned maintenance steps within the scope of TPM methodology
• Interpret data statistically

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have / be:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electric/Electronic, Mechatronics, Food Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in plant maintenance and spare parts management activities
• Preferable of knowledge about production, plant facilities and utilities
• 1-2 years of management experience in FMCG / beverage or water packaging experience is an asset
• Good command of written and spoken English
• MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge; SAP knowledge is an asset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross functional relationships
• Able or willing to relocate in Adana
