We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated in our “Business Process Solutions” Department with the following qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance.
• Good command in English, both verbal and written especially in financial accounting; required to communicate with global teams and clients.
• Excellent command in German, both verbal and written especially in financial accounting; required to communicate with global teams and clients.
• At least 0-5 years of cumulated experience in the area of accounting and finance in a multi-national environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferably good knowledge of MS Navision.
• Advanced knowledge of Turkish Statutory accounting; from base level journal entry to preparation of Monthly Tax Declarations (Withholding Tax, VAT, Stamp Tax, BA/BS Declarations) Quarterly and Annual Corporate Tax Return.

Roles&Responsibilities;

• Leading the development of finance and accounting solutions by advising on, designing, or optimizing client's financial and accounting processes, procedures, models, and reports.
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of local and international accounting rules and principles (e.g., local GAAP, IFRS for all business cycles).
• Ensuring client's fiscal reporting and guarantees delivery within the statutory deadlines. Knowing, in detail, the principal legislation in relation to taxes and rates. Fulfilling all fiscal obligations.
• Having a practical awareness of the BPS methodologies, processes and tools.
• Encouraging the utilization of the technology platforms in the team.
• Having a practical awareness of the technology put at disposal by the Firm and encourages its utilization in the team.
• Responding promptly to compliance requests by deadlines.
• Having a practical awareness of the accounting standards, relevant laws and regulations (including specific local laws and regulations).
