Responsibilities

• Carrying out the entire transportation organization of the units affiliated to the factory director (Making flight reservations for all units, ensuring the purchase of tickets by meeting with the travel agency),
• All planning and coordination related to Vaillant Group Production, AcademyCollection of all data related to the receipt of the Domestic Goods Certificate, application and receipt of the document,
• Ensuring the planning, coordination and realization of Vocational Qualification trainings with the relevant units,
• Planning, making and coordinating all organizational work within the factory,
• To carry out the operational processes of the company in connection with chambers, associations and NGOs in the sector.
• Coordinating and making preliminary preparations for the factory director program (Managing, tracking and controlling telephone, mail, cargo traffic),
• To follow the action lists of the factory director's meetings.

Competencies

• Graduated from the relevant graduate / associate degree from departments of preferably engineering departments of universities,
• Min. 2 years (1.5 years functional experience)Software, 
• MS Office Programs (especially Excel, Word Powerpoint), 
• Advanced knowledge of English, preferably good knowledge of German,
• Experienced in meeting coordination and calendar managementAble to adapt to, flexible working hours when necessary,
• High written and verbal communication skills,
• Developed organizational, planning and coordination skills.
