Production Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering department,
• Min 2 years of production experience, preferably corrugated board fields,
• Good communication skills in English both written and spoken,
• Good command of MS Office,
• Strongly creative with an analytical mind, able to use initiative,
• Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with the other team members,
• Knowledge of managing the process,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably, resident in Corlu,

JOB DESCRIPTION 

For our corrugated board and packaging Plant in Corlu, we are looking for a Production Engineer. This role will be responsible for:

• Manage the blue collars according to production plans and budgets, 
• Controlling and improving the production performance, waste performance and raw material usage of the department,
• Cooperate with the maintenance department for repairing the corrugator line and converting line, 
• Budgeting the production, investments, maintenance etc. 
• Manage the management systems such as Quality spending, Environment, Energy, OHS etc.
• Contributing to Lean implementation.
