OPERATIONS MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

At DOF Robotics, we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we are looking for an experienced "Operations Manager" to oversee day-to-day operations.

As an ideal candidate, you will have sharp business acumen and proven success in managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity.

Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency in the commercial department.

TARGETS

Being responsible for accomplishing all targets of Purchasing Department,

Coordination and Management of Purchasing, Foreign Trade, and Planning Departments,

Responsible for all domestic and international product shipment stages,

Responsible for all raw material procurement and purchasing stages,

Analyzing, observing, and reporting production costs,

To keep the determined production cost at the lowest level in line with the project targets,

To follow, observe and report product quality procedures and offer new solutions, when necessary,

To track, report, and manage domestic and international product shipments end-to-end and to create new options, when necessary,

Maintaining constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Increasing the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to develop and maintain the internal capacity of the organization,

Actively pursuing strategic and operational goals,

Ensuring that operational activities are carried out on time and within a defined budget,

Lead, motivate and support a team in a time-sensitive and challenging environment, including the creation and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution.

Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to meet efficiency goals, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and provide excellent customer service.

Preparing the activity reports and documents in full and presenting them to Top Management.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- 10 years of experience in Purchasing,

- Preferable experience in Operation,

- High level of English-speaking proficiency,

- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related fields,

- 4+ years of proven experience in an operations management position,

- Highly trained in conflict management and trade negotiation processes,

- General business software knowledge and ability to learn new applications; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP, CRM)
