After Sales Engineer (Thermo King)

We are currently looking for an After Sales Engineer to join our Thermo King team!

The candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Graduated from Engineering departments ( Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering departments would be an asset)
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Excellent usage of MS Office tools
• Strong technical, problem solving and communication skills
• Willingness for regular travel

• Designing tailor made solutions for customers
• Continuously drive the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating and executing solutions to their needs
• Supporting the team to coordinate the sales and the technical customer processes
• Parts planning and stock controlling
• Responding to the requests of the authorized services regarding the technical problems
• Take part in business development projects and ensure coordination with other departments
