We’re looking for a who has qualifications listed below and will work for the Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group as “Luxury Fashion Brands E-Commerce Executive”.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Commerce
• At least 5 years e-commerce experience
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Understanding of key business functions like e-commerce planning, e-commerce management and process
• Strong analytical skills and creative mindset
• A team player with good communication skills
• Problem solving and easily adapt to new situations
• Fluency in English
• Excellent MS Office knowledge

Main Responsibilities

• The resource we are looking for will need to build the new business model of the new e-commerce channel and the business plan
• Will carry out all operational actions on informal.com.tr and marketplaces and contact with 3rd parties when needed
• Will be able to evaluate marketplaces potential in order to decide where to play and suggest the business model
• Will be able to track performances both for sales and costs of the channel
• Ensure that all product information (description, images, etc) is correct and up-to-date on all online stores, make neccessary changes
• Work cross functionally with merchandising to execute pricing and product strategies
• Drive sales on channels through creating promotions and events, maintain promotional calendar
• Will be able to arrange digital marketing plan with the third parties platforms involved
• Review customer feedback and updating processes as needed
• Stay current on latest trends and competitive landscape within channel, identify opportunities to grow the business
• Build and maintain collaborative partnerships both with internal and external stakeholders including marketing, merchandising, and IT
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
