WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Graduated from universities such as Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology,
• 5+ years of recruiting experience on preferbaly consulting firms,
• Involved in IT recruitment processes,
• LinkedIn, Kariyer.Net etc. If you can use recruitment platforms and candidate tracking systems well,
• Proficient in competency-based interview techniques.

WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?

• End-to-end management of the recruitment process of the role under his/her responsibility (following the whole process, especially needs determination, advertisement preparation, candidate screening, pre-evaluation stages, interview organization, job interview, reference control)
• To follow good practices and recruitment trends in order to develop and increase the quality of recruitment processes and to carry out process improvement studies in this direction,
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer,
• Execution of processes with consultancy companies,
• Making reports on the processes followed
• Maintain and upkeep candidates' files in the internal database
• Monitoring Talent Acquisition best practices and developing projects in order to improve efficiency, productivity and quality about recruitment processes,
