QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Engineering Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Material Science or similar field
• Minimum 3 years of experince in Automotive and/or Wind Industry/ Chemical/ Defense Industry. (technical experience with background in Quality Tools)
• Experience in the implementation and maintenance of a Quality System
• Experience with APQP in general and knowledge on conducting of DFMEA, PFMEA, CP desired.
• Solid knowledge core tools APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC
• Have accreditation and experience with problem solving tools and their application, such as 9S, 7-steps, Ishikawa diagram, 5-Whys, and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Certified internal auditor (ISO 9001:2015),
• Experience in AS9100 or equivalent Quality requirements
• Manage quality and inspection escapes by non-conformity reports and concessions including validation and attestation
• Good knowledge MS Office applications, and preferably has experiance on Oracle ERP, Minitab and PowerBI.
• Must be a proactive, open, and direct communicator who engages comfortably and credibly with all levels of the organization.
• High level of self-reliance with the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
• Driven work style with analytic problem solving skills required
• Strong motivation to help build and shape your organisation, structures and processes
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good knowledge MS Office & Oracle ERP applications
• Residing or to be residing in Yalova, Karamürsel or İstanbul (Anatolian Side)
• Having no obstacle for travelling inland or abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Liaise with different areas of the company to maintain process quality and product conformance on our shop-floors into Quality System for product approval.
• Carry out CP (Control plan) development for our workshops and assembly line for in Quality,
• Coordinate day-to-day communication and need with other teams
• Work in close cooperation with our quality and production teams
• Support the implementation of APQP (PFMEA,  CP and SPC ) in corporation with our Qualtiy System.
• Support the Quality Inspection Management Certifying Staff on attestation and conformity control matters.
• Contribute to CP (Control Plan) development, implementation, review and change into the production process.
• By Using 9S Report, Six Sigma, VSM and further tools, you manage and lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans against non-conformances raised in audits or during production and eradicate recurrent concessions.
• Maintain and control our product authorization/certification process.
• Support and mentor other team members and the shop-floor teams on topics concerning Quality Legislation.
• Review technical specifications, instructions and various related production and development plans for quality requirements,
• Review, and supervise quality documentation as needed,
• Develop and execute plans for quality and control to ensure constant manufacturing continuity and product conformance,
• Develope and execute statistical process controls,
• Prepare, supervise and report suitable and effectual metrics monitoring assigned process effectiveness,
• Support quality goals and objectives along with activities to identify, explain and resolve quality issues.
