Assistant Marketing Manager

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an ''Assistant Marketing Manager’’to be in our HQ Altunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Making market analysis, reporting, developing proactive solution suggestions,
• Planning consumer and channel activities with the sales team,
• Managing marketing field operations to increase efficiency of sales support activities,
• Monitoring brand, category, channel, region performance,
• Developing campaign strategies and new products for sales channels and track and reporting their performances,
• Following company KPIs constantly and coordinating with multiple departments (i.e. Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, etc.) in order to facilitate transparency, proactive decision-making and clarifying improvement areas,
• Monitoring both technology and market developments in consumer goods market, following trends,
• Developing digital growth strategies and creating brand projects in collaboration with brand managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably Business Administrative, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Marketing Management major,
• At least 8 year of experience in Marketing,
• At least 4 years of experience in FMGG sector,
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills,
• Effective communication and coordination skills,
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and negotiation skills,
• Full understanding of marketing functions and best practices,
• Experience of team management,
• Fluency in English.
