Quality Assurance Associate

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an ‘’Quality Assurance Associate” to be in Hendek Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Ensuring that the necessary examination, control, chemical and microbiological analyzes are carried out in all process steps, starting from the source of the water, from the shipment to the completion of the product loading,
• Following and control the realization of the production processes in accordance with the legislation, current procedures, and instructions,
• Carring out, coordinate and support processes in accordance with the Quality Management System and other defined instructions and standards,
• Making/have quality analyzes done and to ensure that the results are recorded in accordance with the legislation,
• Actively participating in the product / raw material trial processes and recording,
• İmplementing the Quality Management System and Food Safety requirements by guiding the auditors in the audits of the relevant ministries, to eliminate the suggested deficiencies, to offer improvement suggestions and to actively participate in the planned improvement works,
• Following up the legal processes related to the final product samples taken from the products by the relevant ministries,
• Examining and report incoming customer complaints, to produce solutions by cooperating with the necessary departments,
• Ensuring that the quality processes are carried out in accordance with Dydo Occupational Safety Standards and to participate in the studies to be carried out within this scope. 

Qualifications

• Graduate from Food or Chemical Engineering departments of universities.
• To have knowledge about food safety management systems (TSE 22000, ISO 9001, BRC etc.)
• Preferably min. 3 years of experience
• Preferably with experience in the beverage sector,
• Have a good command of spoken and written English
• Preferably have knowledge SAP,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Working in harmony and coordination with the team with strong communication skills,
• Being solution-oriented with an innovative perspective
• Acting proactively by taking responsibility with a system development perspective,
• Evaulating and analyzing processes with an analytical perspective
• No restriction to travel,
• No military onligation for male candidates
