Dyninno group, where you can be yourself and where we empower your dreams, is now seeking candidates for a PR, Employer Branding and Internal Communication Senior Specialist position.

 

What Will You Do

 

·      Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis

·      Plan, design and organise in-house and outside events for the engagement and retention of existing and potential employees, such as corporate events, monthly engaging promos and events, job fairs and sports-themed events participation

·      Implement the global internal branding

·      Develop and order all needed branded materials and goods

·      Create messages for Teams, social media, presentations,  banners, and media relations material

·      Localise global messages to the local market

·      Handle all copywriting process

·      Coordinate design with the design team

·      Develop and deliver a comprehensive communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics coordinating with HR and Global PR & Communications Director

·      Monitor, analyse and communicate PR&EB&IC results on a quarterly basis

·      Adjust the PR&EB&IC plan on a quarterly basis to reflect business needs and market realities. To build a media relations strategy for the local market

·      Control over the reputation in external channels (job review sites, social media etc.)

·      Be responsible for Dyninno’s presence in external channels of communication in Turkiye

·      Develop and manage the Conferences and Awards participation strategy.

·      Create and keep updated a list of conferences and awards that Dyninno Turkiye needs to participate in.

·      Support department heads with all guidance needed for awards announcements.

·      Create and keep updated a list of media contacts in Istanbul (Business, HR, Industrial)

·      Building relations with editors and journalists

·      Prepare and run pitches

·      To prepare and distribute informational topics (press releases) about the company in the business, industrial and travel media

·      Create content for Social media pages

 

Whom are wlooking for

 

·      3+ years of relevant experience

·      An exceptional writer (in Turkish and English) in creating content in a variety of styles (press releases, bylines, social media, internal stories), with strong verbal and written communication skills

·      Mastery of all global and country-specific SocMed platforms and communication channels (content, promo, influencers, analytics, reputation)

·      Experience in event management

·      Strong interpersonal skills – the ability to comfortably navigate a complex matrix organisation and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different management levels, geographies and cultures is imperative

·      Ability of decision-making in spheres of responsibility

·      Ability to learn quickly and to adapt to new operational/business environments

·      Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills

·      Excellent organisational and planning skills

·      Ability to think “out-of-the-box” with proven business cases

·      Strategic mindset

·      Proactiveness and responsibility

·      Self-motivation

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
