Project Sales Support Specialist

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Project Sales Support Specialist to support our growing local and international business in Technical Department.

• Min. a year of experience on sales support including logistic operations,
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills including expertise in MS Office Programs,
• Determined, achievement and result oriented personality with high energy level,
• Strong customer service and communication skills,
• Have fluent English is a must,
• Ability and experience to work with teams both internally and externally,
• Experience on using ERP systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support Project-Application Enginering Teams with job related activities,
• Order entry/revisions/confirmation on ERP system,
• Portfolio entires and follow up of orders on company databases (Epro-C4C) and Quotation preparation (E-Quote and ERP),
• Drive and organize export process of sold products to local and International customer with fulfillment, logistic, service and storehouse teams,
• Support tehnical documentation related activities in coordination with Quality Team, 
• Invoice (local and International customers) and payment follow up with finance team.
• Report investments for International Projects to controlling team in Headquarter,
• Item card creation request when necessary,
• Prepare reports out of EPR system regarding to open purchasing items for fulfillment team when necessary,
• Support for visit/visitor preparations and training preparations when necessary.
