Skills

• University degree (Bachelor / Master) in economics / business administration

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields

• Analytic thinker

• Assertiveness, organizational skills 

• Capacity in communicating and co-operating with other colleagues on different organizational levels 

• Ability to deal with different cultures and changing business-environment 

• Team player, communicative, dynamic and ambitious 

• Result oriented

•  Knowledge and experience in controlling in multinational companies 

•  Good knowledge of SAP (R3 or HANA) and MS-Office

• Strong writing and oral communications skills in English language

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Finance Business Partner for projects and member of the Region CAMEA Controlling Team

• Participates cross-departmental coordination of regional project calculations in all project phases and monitor the costs, project results and cash flows

• Identifies risks and opportunities for projects, evaluates their impacts and optimizes outcomes
  

• Participates all regional project planning, forecasting and reporting activities, analyzes of project KPIs 

• Shows the project managers potential savings, builds scenarios and recommends actions 

• Involves in compliance of regional controlling processes with corporate guidelines

• Regular and ad-hoc reporting
