Key Responsibilities:

• To carry out sustainability reporting activities (including data collection, editing of texts, design, and translation),
• To coordinate the sustainability committee and follow the goals,
• To support the preparation of the company's sustainability strategy and the setting up the long-term goals,
• To identify risks and opportunities by closely following sustainability trends and global regulations,
• To support the company's ESG process by entering data to sustainability related reports and rating such as CDP, ESG Rating, limited assurance,
• To support the coordination and implementation of social investment projects,
• To coordinate and implementation of the social investment plans in the power generation plants,
• To follow the sustainability management processes and projects with national and international public institutions and organizations, NGOs and trade organizations.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related job description (preferably in consulting firms and energy sector)
• Strong communication skills,
• Highly organized with a sense of prioritization,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Process-oriented mindset and result oriented,
• Ability to work in agile environment,
• Have sensitivity to others, cooperative and team player,
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365 applications
