QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree,

• Minimum 2 years of experience performing administrative support functions for senior or executive level management,

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities; can coordinate complex workloads, handle details, and meet deadlines effectively,

• Stress tolerance, pro-active, self-motivated, willing to take responsibility

• High level of interpersonal and team working skills,

• Good command of MS Office applications,

• Resilience, discipline and focus to execute aligned activities

• High level of interpersonal and team working skills,

• Fluency in written and spoken English,

• Have strong cognitive and critical thinking ability.


Job Description

• Managing the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters, coordinate internal and external meetings,

• Managing telephone, e-mail, fax traffic,

• Following the internal and external documentation processes of the company and supporting the relevant units in the approval processes,

• Preparing reports, presentations and searching specific subjects under CEO’s requests,

• Conserving CEO's time by researching, drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications.
