ERTIP MEDICAL, is one of the leading and fast-growing hair transplant and medical instruments company of Turkey, located at Sisli Istanbul is looking for Assistant Sales Representative. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

QUALIFICATIONS

·Advanced knowledge and strong communication skills in English including both written and verbal - telephone skills.

·Preferably minimum 2 years of work experience at sales & operational environments.

·Able to travel abroad to meet with existing customers, earn new customers

with excellent time management and organization skills

·Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

·Should be eager to learn, be flexible, open-minded and teamwork oriented,

·Good general office skills including planning, prioritization, organization, and attention to detail,

·Monitor weekly/monthly sales data and report to the management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·Analyze the territory/market’s potential and provide feedbacks and Focuses on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities.

·Follow up at trade shows, exhibitions and conferences,

·Attends international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor.

·Dealing with Visa process for exhibitions in abroad– packing instruments for the country where the team goes – preparing the orders beforehand for the congress and workshops – choosing the exhibition necessities and handling the papers for it

·Building effective communication between Customer and Company departments such as Sales, Aftersales, Logistics, and Accounting.

·Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

·Carry out negotiations and finalization of orders, Solve the problems of the customer before and after sales. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

·Identify new sales opportunities and develop them into long-term relationships

. Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the regional export sales target.
