QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Erte Cosmetics was established in 2003 and is a subsidiary of the Erkul Group. Erte Cosmetics is a leading strategic partner for contract manufacturing and private label.

We operate using our modern production technology in the development and production of perfumes, household perfumes, bath and body care.

Erte Cosmetics is located in Istanbul with a production area of 40,000 sqm and manufactures all products according to European Quality Standards and GMP.

The new production and management facility we moved into in 2020 is designed based on the concept of a new generation of employee-centric working environment.


We are looking for Key Account Manager to join in our Private Label Team.


Desired Skills & Experience: 

Passion for the beauty, cosmetic, fragrance, personal care, and skincare industries

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with b2b sales a plus

Excellent command of written and spoken English


General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in related field
  • Possessing new generation leadership skills
  • Giving importance to organizational commitment and organizational goals
  • Taking initiative and decision making skills
  • Have a customer-oriented service approach
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns/complaints
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP.
  • No restriction to travel abroad,
  • Valid driving license class B and active driver,
  • Residing in the European Side of Istanbul,
  • No military obligation for male candidate

 

Job Description:

  • Managing operational process with efficiency and customer satisfaction from order receipt to shipment
  • Initiating new business with existing customers and making business development strategies
  • Deeply understand and intuit the client’s needs and develop strategies to meet their business objectives; key owner of all projects and processes from beginning to end
  • Liaising with customer service internally to keep up to date with developments regarding open orders, pending samples, quotations, shipment follow up, etc.
  • Managing and executing complex and demanding projects by energizing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding customers needs offering new solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Reporting to Head of Private Label

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
