The role: Financial Reporting & Controlling Executive

We are seeking for a high performing team-mate who can carry us to the top to hit our 2025 target.

Description of responsibilities:

• Overseeing Company's abroad financial operations
• Constituting master budget and comparing them with forecasts and actual figures
• Consolidating country's Financial Statements & Turkey HQs in a monthly manner
• Controlling the financial information flow among countries to Turkey HQs
• Ensuring relationship with outsource accounting firms and controlling Financial Statements furnished by them
• Preparing convenient Working Trial Balances with regard to IFRS and USGAAP

Required experience:

• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience
• Prior overseas work experience
• 2 years of Big4 audit experience is a must

Required skills:

• Advance written and verbal communication skills in English
• Having bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Economics disciplines)
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Knowledge of business process and functions
• Excellent communication and collaborations skills
• Strong business acumen and excellent project management, planning and organization skills
• Team player with exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills and the ability to motivate and influence a wide group of stakeholders
