Job Requirements ;

• Bachelor degree (Engineering,Quality, Management or Mechanical)
• At least 5 years of experience in production environment
• Fluent English
• Experienced in the Automotive Industry with Interior parts (Door panels, Tunnel console or Instrument panels)
• Proved experience in 6 sigma tools
• Specific qualification in DFMEA, PFMEA, Control plan, Fixtures / Gages, Measurement, Problem solving: 8D – Green Belt / Black Belt – Variability reduction, Schedule-A report (APQP), PPAP, Appearance approval (AAR), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)

Job Description;

• Lead the relation with Customer Program Quality through OEM STA
• As a member of the Program Core Team, the PQL represents the Customer Voice within the company and ensures the interface with the customer and internally with the others functions on quality matters.
• Achieve the Quality objectives
• Organize Internal FCPAs-Meisterbock events, with the aim to detect issues on time and define action plans, with the objective of 0 QRs (Quality Rejections) at SOP/MP1.
• To support FMEA events (mainly PFMEA)
• Revision of  Special and Critical characteristics (SCC&A) and GD&T defined by the customer
• Have the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of serious non conformance.
• Follow-up Design Validation Plan (done by the customer) and Production Validation Test established by Engineering and ensure its completion according to the program milestones.
• Lead the development and production process for measurement, testing fixtures and gauges. Follow-up construction of the gauges and final validation according to program timing
• Define the control plans / incoming and final inspection sheets for each phase of the program
• Lead the Appearance approval process with the customer
• Prepare and compile the Production Part Approval (PPAP) files, and support the Plant Quality Engineer for the submission of the initial samples, including process validation audit. 
• Report on a monthly base the progress of the program activity through e-APQP tool
• Apply Program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards
• Ensure the use of the appropriate methods and quality standards (PMS, specific Customer program development system, international regulations, etc).
• Lead problem solving methodologies when required (QRCI, 8Ds)
