We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist, take active role will be assumed in all HR functions in our growing organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate in related field
• 3-5 years of experience in different functions of HR and knowledge of the relevant legislation
• Strong planning and organizational skills with analytical approach
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, reporting and presentation skills
• Open to innovation, eager to improve and learn new trends and technologies
• Ability to build & maintain relationships at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• No obstacle to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Taking part in recruitment processes
• Contributing to training, development and internal communication activities
• Play an active role in the performance management system development process
• Contributing to the activities of the flexible benefits system
• Taking an active role in employee loyalty, employer branding, talent management studies
• Developing procedures for all HR functions and processes, keeping job descriptions up to date
• Ensuring that salary payments are made in coordination with the payroll company
• Execution of personnel affairs
• Implementation, follow-up and reporting of benefits in accordance with the procedures
• Preparation of HR reports
• Follow-up of matters related to administrative affairs
