QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Support CEO Office Team in strategic planning and performance management, business development, client management, sales and contract management, financial planning and control through hands-on planning, execution and coordination.

Preferred Profile

  • BS or MS student in computer, industrial engineering, management or related fields
  • Verbal and written communication skills, effectively interacting
  • Analytical skills, experience in quantitative data analysis and generating actionable insights
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Strong organization, coordination and planning skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Proactive and self-disciplined

Key Performance Indicators

  • On-time delivery of special projects
  • Timely execution of regular duties (research, analysis and reports)
  • On-time execution of strategic planning and performance management process
  • Accurate and on-time reporting


Main Processes

Key Responsibilities

Daily Execution

  • Work closely with team conduct ad-hoc financial and business analysis
  • Conduct research and take on special projects
  • Prepare analysis and presentation materials for the team
  • Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials, and presentations
  • Record and document all management team meeting minutes and follow-up with respective stakeholders on assigned tasks


Business Development and Sales

 

  • Produce regular and ad-hoc research/reports on trends, competitor intelligence, and market landscape
  • Assists with the development of a sales pipeline
  • Prepare business development and sales materials prior to client meetings
  • Assist the pricing process through developing financial modeling
  • Support the execution and management of the customer contract agreement process


Strategic Planning and Performance Management

  • Support for Identify growth opportunities in local and regional markets, and assess strategic fit & financial feasibility,
  • Participate in the formulation of company vision and strategies

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Student)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
