Which tasks is the " Lumberjack Brand Marketing Specialist" responsible for at FLO?

  •      Work with the Brand Marketing Executive to develop brand planning and campaign management processes and coordinating agencies,
  •      Execute the brand marketing plan, annual budget, and communication plans in line with the marketing calendar, 
  •      Understand business needs, transform data and consumer insights into strategies and adapt to new trends in business,
  •      Writing briefs for concepts, design teams, agencies, and insight teams for surveys,
  •      Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and configured to produce measurable results,

  •     Work with the agencies, the design delivery team, and the media team to collate campaign results across channels,

  •     Share results and opportunities with the wider business in order to maintain focus on the plan,

  •     Analysing and evaluating brand performance by closely monitoring local and global competitors,
  •     Co-ordination of internal marketing updates - including weekly headlines and working closely in collaboration with cross-functional teams,
  •     Planning the launches and event activations in the countries,

  •    To prepare the annual online and offline campaign calendar to improve ROI and to monitor the performance of the campaigns through post analysis,

  •     Planning and implementing unique and unrivalled business support plans with the trade marketing team.

If you think the job description is appropriate for you and;

  •     If you have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field,
  •     If you have 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, & campaign planning and management positions in offline/online retail company, preferably in woman, kids fashion segment at a large scale or multinational environment
  •     If you have knowledge of budget planning and multi -agency (media, creative and social media) management experience in identifying creative solutions in line with the brand communication plan
  •     If you have superior communication, presentation, analytical and conceptual skills,

  •     If you are self-confident for Commercial and strategic point of view

  •     If you are able to interpret various customer insights,
  •     If you are Curious, insight driven, creative,
  •     If you have Ability to take agile actions, act as growth hacker, a growth mindset, flexible thinking,
  •     If you have a visionary marketing with a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets,
  •     If your English is fluent,
  •     If you are proficient in MS Office,
  •     If you have no restriction to travel abroad, we look forward to your application.

 

How does the recruitment process work at FLO?
