We are looking for a “Talent Acquisition Specialist” for our HR team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Economy and Industrial Relations etc, having a master degree is a plus,
• Strong work experience in the recruitment process,
• Excellent understanding of best HR practices and ability to apply this to employee experiences cases,
• Preferably experience in personality inventory and assessment center tools,
• Excellent communication and analytical skills,
• Good command in English.

Job Description:

• Carrying out recruitment processes in line with budget plans,
• Placing the right talent in the right job at the right place and at the right time,
• Managing all components of recruitment life cycle, 
• Preparing job adds in line with job descriptions, screening and sourcing potential candidates through alternative channels,
• Hiring the right talent with the right pay package,
• Giving feedback to candidates as a part of excellent customer experience,
• Planning and following up onboarding and orientation processes of the new hires,
• Reporting and analyzing recruitment metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment process,
• Taking an active role in talent acquisition projects,
• Contributing to employer brand activities by the projects in the responsibility of working area,
• Taking active role in HR digitalization projects.
