RESPONSIBILITIES

The business analyst works with IT project teams and management to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed.  The business analyst is an active thought partner and application visionary who shapes technology demand among our products.

• Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements
• Partner with management and influence project decisions
• Coordinates the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Liaises with IT project teams to communicate business priorities and preprares Product Backlog
• Tanslates business requirements into technical requirements and identifies appropriate solutions
• Documents product development and user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures
• Prepares detailed description of modules for the software development team and set timeframes and timetables in coordination with developers.
• Writes software requirements and test specifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Project Management experience with minimum 3 years
• Finance related industry experience is a plus.
• Process Modelling and use of such tools is desirable
• A good team member
• Having a very well understanding of Agile methodology
• Scrum master and/or Project Management certificate is preferred
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
