• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, and Labor Economics & Industrial Relations from reputable universities
• Minimum 2 years  experience in Human Resources departments
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel
• Has strong communication, research, planning, prioritization and organization skills.
• High standards of accuracy, being proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and being able to prioritize tasks
• Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges
• Team player, result-oriented with solid planning and organization skills
• For male candidates, military service must be completed

Job Description

• Taking full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment cycle ( finding- hiring- and onboarding)
• Carrying out job analysis and generating job definitions, especially for the strategic and key positions
• Identifies future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
• Analyzing sector developments- trends- and talent movements within the market
• Serving as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
• Taking part in improvement and development projects related to recruitment processes
• Suggests new ideas for improving talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Building strong relationships and trust with the leaders and employees to obtain a positive working environment
• Coordinates onboarding and orientation program for new comers to ensure new comer adaptation & engagement.
• Supports Employee Branding Activities such as campus events, internship projects etc.
