We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our TEAM! As a Recruitment Consultant, while providing a vital link between clients and candidates, you will be responsible for advising clients on best practices for sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for their vacant positions. 

Our team is made up of a range of backgrounds, but we all share certain qualities; drive, curiosity, intelligence and a passion for the recruitment industry with a desire to learn and continuously improve.

Grafton Consultants are all commercial oriented with strong resourcing, networking, business development and account management skills. But most importantly, we are all strong Team Players!

Being a member of our Team, your responsibilities will be as follows;

• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work, using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy, receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, applying tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies based on clients needs
• Creating ideal candidate profile for each open position
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies,
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment.
