What is the job about?
 

As a Service Sales Manager, Energy, you will be responsible for driving growth in energy-related product and service sales in the local organization. Using the vast portfolio of energy reduction solutions from Grundfos, working in partnership with customers and colleagues alike to help reduce the CO2 impact of pumps on the environment. This is truly a role where you can help businesses reduce their energy bill and help on the global agenda of reducing carbon emissions. Whilst supporting the profitable growth of Grundfos at the same time.

You will be part of our Commercial Building Services Service Sales team with colleagues spread across the IMEA region. This position will be in Gebze, Turkey, and you will be reporting to the Head of Service Sales, Commercial Building Services/Domestic Building Services.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

To take care of service sales revenue and profit of the company in delegate area and keeping up mutually fruitful relations with customers.

To prepare service product offerings and make sure to solve the issue as customer requirement with appropriate follow-up process.

To propose the service sales budget for the response area. After review and approval by the superior to carry out the qualitative and quantitative targets as stated in the budget concerning policies and the authority assigned.

To maintain customers' data with visiting dates, planning arrangements agreed on after-sales service of customers, relevant figures, service sales turnover, service sales opportunity, quotation update status, etc.

To search for new possibilities, prospects, and potential customers for increasing service salesTo advise customers on spare parts, kit components, repair & maintenance, preventive maintenance, system solution, application, products (operation, feature, and specification), technical issues, etc.

What do you need to apply?
 

We imagine you have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or any related field and with strong technical knowledge in sales. Preferably, you have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Engineer experience in the Pump and HVAC industry with specific experience in systems or energy-related solutions. Ideally, you can exhibit knowledge of digitally connected devices, and understand the wider value behind an efficient, optimized pumping system.

You are a sales-oriented person with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You speak and write English fluently.

As a person, you are independent and aggressive with an eagerness to explore new business areas. You can adapt to changes quickly and are capable to interact with people from all levels inside and outside the organization. You are an innovative and active team player who is capable to come up with new and different viewpoints resulting in team improvement and growth. You are structured and can handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
