Job Overview

We are looking for a Associate Researcher in Product Experience (PX) function for the site of Gebze, Turkey. 

Responsibilities;

• Preparations for panel sessions and internal tests such as labeling, pouring/weighting samples, collecting reference materials, printing necessary documentation,
• Maintenance of the sensory facility.
• Recruitment of participants for internal tests,
• Recruitment of the new panelists for the ongoing the trained external panel when needed,
• Designing and conducting discriminative and descriptive sensory tests,
• Leading the trained external panel sessions, initiating the discussions on descriptive sensory attributes,
• Evaluate panel performances on each project and manage long term panel performance database, 
• Knowledge and analyze data using statistical models; translate raw data into insights and actionable recommendations that support the development and design of products,
• Reporting and presenting findings to internal stakeholders to guide development,
• Administrative work: filling databases using pre-defined templates.

Job Requirements;

•  BS Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field. 
•  Fluent in both verbal & written English,
•  Very good command of MS Office applications,
•  Working knowledge with Fizz and Compusense is an advantage,
•  0-2 years experience,
•  Effective team player,
•  Learning agility and drive for results, creativity, attention to detail and problem solving,
•  Resident in Kocaeli and Asian side of Istanbul or willing to relocate.
