Sales Operations Specialist

We are actually looking for Sales Operations Specialist for our Sales & Marketing team.

Job Description

• Support sales & marketing activities, maintain CRM records and filing systems.
• Prepare routine sales reports, correspondence, and/or statistics.
• Participate in regularly scheduled sales department meetings and update relevant reports for these meetings.
• Responsible for and follow up purchase order processes both with the customers and the regional office via internal system.
• Handle the business documentation, ensuring proper documents flow and correctness of documentation.

Qualifications

• 4-year-University degree in Business Administration and/or Industrial Engineer or related field
• Min. 1 year of relevant experience in Sales Operations and Reporting
• Proficiency and fluency in English (written & verbal)
• Practical experience with MS Office, and knowledge ERP systems
• International mindset and positive perspective with the ability to effectively work in a diverse environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to stay focused and complete assignments within given timeframes and required deadlines
• Cooperation/collaboration skills, initiative, and active-learning skills
• Preferred Residence location: İstanbul (Asia)
