We are looking for a “Digital Transformation Analyst” to take part in the best role in our digital applications for financial institutions. This is a remote position of course. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business or Management Information System, Industrial Engineering or another related field, or Master’s degree is a plus,
• Newly graduated or maximum 3 years of experience in the Business Analysis related roles,
• Knowledge about mobile application and web application technologies
• Hold self-responsible for the team and individual tasks assigned
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge about SDLC, UX, CX, UI, and Agile Development methodologies (preferably)
• Certified in Design Thinking Practices, UX, and CX concepts (preferably)
• Certified as a Scrum Master (preferably)
