Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Geomatics Engineer or other related engineering departments
• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience, preferably in a similar position and ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Having design thinking and process development approach
• Result oriented, resilient and agile
• Strong analytical thinking and analysis ability
• Familiar with GIS
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English
• Excellent command of MS Office programs (espacially Excel & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities 

• Creating pipeline and planning the expansion in market
• Following the opening and growth strategies in the sector and the regional market shares to identify the potential locations
• Monitoring periodical pipeline tracker, meeting, and presenting to the franchisor counterparts accordingly
• Analyzing sales performance of restaurants
• Study works to increase performance and profitability of restaurants
• Sales forecasts for the potential locations
• Ensuring the growth coordination between with other departments of the company
