QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Jotform is an online form builder with over 20 million users worldwide. Our offices are located in San Francisco, Ankara and Izmir. We are looking for Customer Support Specialists in our Ankara office located in a relaxed and fun environment in Hacettepe Teknokent.

Proficiency in English (especially writing skills) is extremely important for this position since you will be communicating with customers continuously. Your cover letter and CV will be examined thoroughly and even punctuation and capitalization errors will be taken into consideration. Here are the requirements for this position:

• Strong communication skills, and excellent written communication skills in English
• 2 years minimum proven track record of great customer service experience (bonus points for SaaS/tech startup customer support experience)
• Willingness to make a long-term commitment to Jotform as employer
• HTML&CSS knowledge is nice to have
