EXPORT SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to be evaluated in our factory in Gebze, which produces machinery in the field of Woodworking Machinery  and is the Market Leader in Turkey.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from related departments of Universities, preferably from Mechanical Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Woodworking Industrial Engineering  departments,

Having at least 2 years of experience in export and customer management in similar sectors,

Having information about export, operations and customs legislation,

Good command of English both written and speaking. Knowledge of a second language (Russian, Arabic, Spanish, French) preferable

Have no obstacle for domestic and foreign travelling,

Good knowledge of MS Office programs,

Having representation, communication, persuasion ability and customer-oriented,

Ability to think analytically and able to work in a team,

Advanced planning, coordination and follow-up skills,

Will be able to adapt to devoted, flexible working hours and intensive work tempo,

Having a valid driving license and bein an active driver

No military obligation for male candidates

 

JOB DESCRIPTION (Görev Tanımı)

To respond to the demands and questions from the customers about the machines we produce, to ensure customer satisfaction before and after sales,

To take care of the customers who come to visit the company, to accompany them during their travels,

To organize dealer and customer meetings,

To make weekly and monthly reports related to the region to management.

To take an active role in national and international fairs and to represent the company,

To visit foreign dealers and customers,

To strengthen relations with existing customers and find new business opportunities and customers,

To make market analysis and studies for the market in which it is responsible and research new markets,

To prepare accurate offers on the time according to customer demands,

To monitor and coordinate the production, shipment and collection processes from the sale of the product,

To follow up the export processes and documents,

To provide maximum support to dealers before and after sales,

Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
Class B
