QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Karbosan, Turkey’s first manufacturer of bonded abrasive products, started its production activities in Istanbul Halkalı in 1967 with a workforce of 40 employees, established on an area of 9.000 m2.

Today, a total of 650 employees and 95.000 m2 area, Istanbul Halkalı and Tekirdağ Çerkezköy factories are offering quality, reliable and high performance products to more than 75 countries in 6 continents.

With 54 years of experience in production of high quality bonded abrasive products, Karbosan has built on its system to meet the needs and expectations of its customers with high performance, from raw material supply to after-sales services.

We are looking for an Export Sales Representative located in Sefaköy Plant with following qualifications.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from the Engineering, Business Administrations, Economics or related deparments from reputable universities,
  • At least 2 years technical sales experience preferably in industrial companies,
  • Proficient in German (English will be a must),
  • Having integrity, humility and principled entreprenuership
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and work under stress and pressure,
  • Organized, systematic, reliable and team-player,
  • Goal oriented, innovative and problem solver,
  • Able to use MS Office and ERP programs effectively,
  • No obstacle to travel.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Improve and manage the sales and marketing strategies in line with company policies,
  • Developing and traveling to new markets in with accordance the company targets,
  • To prepare a feasibility report for all possible markets and customers in related regions,
  • Managing all business activities with customer ( Establishing relationships from scratch, strengthening existing relationships, order management ),
  • To follow up customer’s orders, shipments and payments,
  • Manage the business by interacting with the related deparments in the company.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
