We are looking for an "Quality Engineer" located in Çerkezköy Plant with following qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering departments,
• Preferably 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment,
• Good command on MS Office,
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written,
• Goal oriented, innovative and problem solver,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, strong communication capability, good team player.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring that nonconformities encountered in production areas are recorded and corrective actions are initiated,
• Organizing all relevant units in defining the Corrective Actions, finding the root causes and determining the relevant actions, and then performing the follow-up and verification of the actions,
• To prepare the Quality Plans for the inspection tests that must be done on the process and the final product by working with the relevant units and to supervise the compliance with the quality plan in the production area,
• To analyze the decisions such as rejection, conditional acceptance, and waste in quality control activities, by reporting them at regular intervals, by classifying them in detail,
• To initiate improvement studies for the most important problems identified as a result of quality data analysis and to ensure coordination with all relevant units,
• To supervise whether the work and methods in the areas of responsibility are carried out in accordance with the current procedures, instructions and quality plans. In this context, to participate in the internal audits of the Integrated Management System,
• To ensure that the necessary markings are made by making the necessary controls of the products whose production has been completed,
• Deciding which non-conforming products will be processed, together with the Quality Manager,
• To follow the up-to-dateness of domestic and foreign standards related to the product and to ensure that the current standards are used within the company,
• Examining and resolving customer complaints about product quality and maintaining the necessary records.
