• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary area.
• Manages culinary operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
• Records guest complaints, requests and solutions and reports them to the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
• Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
• Ensures compliance with food handling and HACCP standards.
• Prior experience in a pre-opening luxury hotel environment (Preferably)
