WHAT YOU’LL DO

·   Carry out all maintenance, utilities and building services which are heating and cooling, ventilation, water treatment system, steam generation, generator and UPS, lightining and automation system, fire and security systems.  

·   Coordinate the subcontractors and maintenance activities on the site, ensuring the observance of the regulation, the EHS.

·   Ensure the permanent diagnosis, the preventive and curative maintenance, by managing subcontracted activities.

·   Ensure the maintenance of facilities and buildings

·   Plan, implement and keep records of preventive maintenance of buildings and facilities

·   Carry out the risk analysis in case of investments, new work and maintenance under his/her responsibility.

·   Coordinate/support all facilities and utilities projects management

·   Prepare utilities and maintenance budget, trends and cost analysis

·   Coordinate with the Environment Engineer to develop/implement environmental technologies and sustainability projects

·   Contribute Energy Management System activities(ISO 50001)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

·   4 years’ university degree (Mechanical,  Electrical, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or other relevant Engineering departments)  

·   At least 2 years of technical utilities and maintenance management experience (preferably in the FMCG/Pharma)

·   Excellent communication skills in English and advanced command of MS Office applications and Autocad

·   Strong communication skills and being a good team player

·   Strongly committed to Quality and Performance

·   Diligent, result-oriented and self-starter
