QUALIFICATIONS

•  University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields,
• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position with International Trade-Export operations and Knowledge of Export Procedures and Regulations,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Second language is an asset,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Ability  to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities ;be flexible  and work under stress and pressure,
• Well organized and good at time management skills ;systematic;reliable and team worker,
• Excellent coordination skills with clients,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No restrictions for travelling abroad,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proceeding customers’ orders in production to deliver the products on time,
• Managing all the audit and approval processes before the shipments,
• Coordinating international transport in order to meet the confirmed delivery dates in a timely and effective manner,
• Handling production plan and actual stock based on customer forecast,
• Providing support to the customers for complaints after the sales,
• Following  customer payments; ensuring that the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts, 
• Weekly and monthly reporting,
