• Respond to all Resident needs and requests
• Ensuring that all residents are comfortable, safe, and happy in their living environment
• Managing maintenance and repair of the property, including making sure that repairs are done in a timely manner
• Monitoring rent payments to ensure that all residents are paying on time
• Overseeing the hiring and training of staff members to ensure that all employees are performing their jobs effectively
• You may be responsible for resolving issues between residents, resolving issues between residents and staff members or resolving issues between residents and guests.
  

Genel Nitelikler

• Previous experience in a similar role for Operational Services in a luxury working environment
  
• Must have strong knowledge of Residential management and related experience
  
• Confident, approachable, professional, able to motivate your team under pressure, and use diplomacy to handle different situations
  
• Must possess excellent leadership skills and organisational skills
  
• Additional languages would be beneficial
