What is the Main Aim of This Position?

Having an active role in all HR functions of the Aliağa plant under his/her responsibility in accordance with factory needs.

What We Expect From You?

• Taking role in each step of employee experience such as hiring, onboarding, training and development, discipline management and termination,
• Work closely with Factory Director and other manager to understand business needs, improve working environment, increase productivity and retention,
• Executing company regulations, procedures and HR policies,
  
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance,
• Assisting the HR Team to drive the change and support the growth the organization is willing to achieve,
  
•  Supporting talent management initiatives such as following up the Employee Satisfaction Survey.

Why You?

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field,
• Min 2 years experience in human resources,
• Good command of English (both written and spoken),
• Ready for challenges in transformation projects, 
• People development and motivation skills,
• Strong communication and collaboration skills,
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
