Responsibilities:

• To ensure timely gathering and reporting of information in line with the needs of the relevant units and company objectives. Be responsible for periodic reporting of findings to the relevant units.
• Organizing field trips periodically to gather data unlikely to be obtained from available databases or online research, specially to contribute towards the pricing process.
• Gathering information about newly opened projects and reporting to relevant business units.
• Visiting competitors’ sales offices as a mystery shopper, gathering, and reporting observations about Project sales manager and staff.
• Observing the customer experience during the trips as a mystery shopper, reporting and sharing the areas of improvement with the customer experience team.
• Organizing field trips in line with critical needs of the portfolio development, agency development, marketing and sales teams while reporting the obtained information to the relevant units.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree from relevant departments of universities (Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics etc.)
• Experienced in MS Office and CRM applications,
• Experienced in data analytics,
• Strong customer-oriented approach,
