Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s Degree from Business Administration, Economy or related departments,

·       Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail industry,

·       Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,

·       Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken),

·       Ability to work across different functions, high personal and coordination skills,

·       Strong analytical skills, project management knowledge is an asset,

·       Ability to work well in a dynamic and flexible environment, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously,

·       Customer oriented,

·       Ability to decide by taking initiatives.

Job Description

·       Ensure the accurate demand forecast for the short-term & mid-term sales of sales channels & regions,

·       Take proper actions with other functions for the realization of the agreed sales forecast figures,

·       Play a pivotal role between Sales, Supply and Demand Planning functions to ensure the achievement of sales targets; attend consensus meetings with demand and supply,

·       Analyze monthly sales forecast accuracy and report to the related functions; take necessary actions to reduce the bias between the channel / region forecasts and actuals,

·       Follow-up sales orders in the system and actively monitor on-hand and in-production stock to maintain optimal stock levels; identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans,

·       Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management; analyze and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner,

·       Schedule forecast review meetings with sales channel & area managers on regular basis,

·       Manage the forecast and supply of special products to be produced for direct sales,

·       Review and check the Open Order Book regularly on daily and weekly basis to increase the sales volume,

·       Being a strong coordination with logistic & warehouse team in outbound delivery related tasks.
