Budget and Reporting Manager

To be assigned within the body of our company, which has been operating in the automotive aftermarket for 43 years in the automotive spare parts sector and is the pioneer of the sector;

General Qualification

• Graduated from related departments of universities, (Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering)
• Budget, Financial Reporting, at least 12 years of active work experience, at least 5 years of management experience in this field,
• Preferably worked in audit firms,
• Knowledge of general accounting and cost accounting,
• Experienced in IFRS and Financial Reporting,
• Have good command of English,
• Able to use advanced MS Office and programs,
• Having theoretical knowledge and experience in cost center, profit center accounting and reporting,
• Advanced problem solving skills, strong relationship management, reporting and analysis skills, prone to teamwork,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Preferably residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul

Job description

• Intra-group reporting and consolidation, creation of consolidated reports
• Reporting according to VUK, IFRS standards,
• Budget implementation, creation of processes and standards,
• Making monthly, annual and long-term budget studies and revision and scenario studies on forecasts according to changing cyclical conditions,
• Periodically preparing financial statements and monthly management reports,
• Budget - preparation, analysis and interpretation of actual comparison reports,
• Developing the reporting scheme and maintaining it in a sustainable quality,
• Taking an active role in the processes of profitability analysis and feasibility studies,
• Regular reporting of unit-based profitability, product unit profitability and cost analyzes with the reasons for deviation
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Setting the standards of internal audit work and managing the activities.
• Making unit-based profitability and product-based profitability, product costing reporting and analysis of business units,
• Taking an active role in SAP-ERP transformation projects
