QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

If you have graduated from metallurgical and materials engineer, chemical engineer or material engineering department and experience more than 2 years in the engineering or R&D team and have no obstacles to work and live in Europe (Italy) apply the post.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, development and validation of new technologies, new products, new materials with strong orientation towards sustainability, recyclability and reduction of environmental impact.
• Responsible for the overall schedule of projects, development and realisation of comprehensive DOE time plans, verification, pilot test, developing suppliers and material technologies.
• Provide technical guidance.
• Responsible for the implementation of process, processing operation and preparation of process documents.
• Assisting trial production of new products and processes, technical guidance and on-site training.
• Responsible for overall R&D project planning, comprehensively control trial production, verification, pilot test, develop materials and suppliers, initial costs evaluations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to supervisors and inspectors.
• Communicate with customers and provide timely feedback on product progress and technical issues
• Helping others perform relevant work and complete other tasks assigned by leader.
• Analyse process problem and make continuous improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in polymer engineering,metallurgical and materials engineer, chemical engineer, composite material, materials science or mechanical engineering background, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with one or more of the following processes, composite forming (compression moulding or autoclave method, RTM); Wood, plastic injection, automotive painting, bonding technologies, CCM technology, prototyping and tool design.
• Familiarity with Automotive Test methods and requirements.
• Theoretical/practical knowledge of industrial production processes.
• Good analytical skills, logical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficient in process tool and methodology such as KPC & KCC list, Process flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan and WI creation and update to latest version, Understanding logical relationship as input and output of process documents.
• Good English communication skills mandatory.
• Good teamwork spirit, good at performing and learning, efficient working under pressure.
