Maxx Royal Kemer Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST'' who has the following qualifications:

Required Competencies

• Preferably graduated from Business Administration, Tourism or Hotel Management, Public Relations or Human Resources departments of universities,

• Having knowledge of Turkish and at least B1 level of English, preferably speaking Russian,

• Strong communication skills,

• Be prone to team work,

• Planning and Organization skills,

• Able to manage stress and time correctly, 

Mission Description

The main responsibility of the training and development specialist; Along with implementing programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge;

• Identifying training needs

• Designing training manuals, online learning modules and course materials,

• To support the preparation and implementation of employee development programs,

• To determine development plans in line with performance evaluation outputs,

• To monitor and evaluate the training programs organized at the facility,

• Developing alternative education methods in line with the needs,

• Planning classrooms, making sure that systems and equipment are installed, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry,

• Preparing training budget reports,

• To have the analytical ability to evaluate the training programs, methods and materials and choose the most appropriate one,

• To provide effective training,

• To be able to develop relationships that can enable communication with employees and training experts,

• To provide team motivation,

• Having knowledge of basic computer usage,

• Being presentable.

• To be able to think multidimensionally.
